Shipping Policy

At Dharani Meat Hub, we are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality meat products in a timely and hygienic manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are carried out twice a week only:
    • Wednesday
    • Sunday
  • Delivery time window:
    • 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM

All orders will be scheduled automatically based on the nearest available delivery day.

2. Pre-Orders

  • We operate primarily on a pre-order basis.
  • Customers can place orders in advance, and deliveries will be aligned with the upcoming delivery schedule.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off may be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

3. Delivery Location Coverage

  • Deliveries are available only within a 10 km radius of:
    📍 Avatar Junction, Narsingi, Hyderabad
  • Orders placed outside this delivery radius may not be processed.

4. Delivery Process

  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery location during the specified time window.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, timely receipt of the order is mandatory.
  • In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, the order may be considered fulfilled and no rescheduling may be possible.
