At Dharani Meat Hub, we deal with perishable food products and follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return & No Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of meat and related products,
    👉 All sales are final.
  • Once the order is delivered:
    • ❌ No returns will be accepted
    • ❌ No refunds will be issued

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the scheduled delivery day.
  • Once the order reaches the delivery day, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Eligible cancellations (made before the delivery day) will be processed for refund.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within10 working days.

4. Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to verify order details carefully before placing the order.
  • Ensure availability at the time of delivery to avoid loss of product.
